What is Sunmeadows HOA fee and when is it due?
The Sunmeadows HOA members fees are the following: $120 - for single residence house, $150 - for duplex. All fees are due February 1st of each year. When is garbage and recycling collection?
Automated  Garbage collection is provided once a week - EVERY MONDAY. Recycling is collected on the SAME MONDAY AS GARBAGE, except every other week.   Each home or duplex is provided with TWO automated carts: BLACK for garbage BLUE for recycling Resident rolls out the carts to the edge of the curb (not into street!) by 8AM for garbage collection. The carts should be about 4 feet from obstructions, including each other. Be sure no vehicles or other items block access to the carts otherwise they cannot be emptied.   Within 24 hours after collection, remove the carts from the curb back to the house or garage or back yard.
